As a single parent I had high hopes for giving my child the best of my time during the formative years. I had always dreamed that working from home or having a job where I was the one in charge so that I could dedicate my time and energy to spending as much time as possible with my child to ensure a healthy upbringing.
It isn't easy finding a job, or career wherein one can collect the cash and have that kind of freedom. I kept running into barriers and brick walls of all kinds; not to mention getting ripped off by "work at home" scams carefully marketed to those naive enough to pay for them.
What I did find that works however, is tapping into the ebook publishing market. There are literally millions of new internet users each year, which means untapped markets for all who seek the financial freedom to spend quality time doing what one loves - in my case, spending time with family and friends.
The idea came to me while speaking with my father. The conversation isn't important, but what he said at the end was life-changing. He told me to tell people what I know and help them, and from there, the money will take care of itself.
Sounded to me like something out of the film Field of Dreams. It wasn't. He was right. I found some great software online and literally had to build a book from scratch that was informative and easy to read. Everybody knows enough about something to do this on their own, I thought. This stuff could help a lot of people reach and surpass their own personal financial goals if marketed properly.
So I dug through web page after web page looking for the ideal marketing strategy, again finding multiple sites that promised lots and did little. Not an effective strategy I told myself.
Well, it all came together though, and I won't bore you with details. You get the idea: it took a lot of hard work and energy only to find myself where I started. What I'd like to share is something I'm really excited about because if used properly (and it's so easy) this could change your life.
